Project Management
Interlead has expertise in managing projects with a flare for bringing a team together toward a common goal. Defining the objectives, developing the charter and the project plan, and providing communication and clarity in detailed work breakdowns delivers projects on time and on budget. Interlead follows PMI standards for project management and System Development Lifecycle methodologies for IT projects.
Business Analysis
Full scale analysis involving all appropriate key players, clear requirement documentation and client expectation management are key to successful business analysis and ultimately a positive and mutually expected end result. Interlead has proven abilities in this area working with clients and developers in facilitated joint application design sessions. Experience with Use Cases adds further value to your business analysis requirements.
Process Engineering
Developing and documenting new processes and re-engineering old processes to fit new systems is integral to a successful implementation. Interlead has developed/documented processes through facilitated process design sessions and communicated new process to supporting groups. Use of “swim lanes” process documentation to present and document processes has been used extensively in order to develop effective and efficient processes.
Testing/Support
Quality assurance through test plans/scripts and clear documentation and client acceptance cannot be under valued. Delivering to the business requirements and quality assurance on existing functionality and new functionality increases the credibility of the development team and decreases time required for re-work. Training
